What do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping Australia wide for orders above $60. For all other orders we charge a flat rate of $11 for standard shipping or $14.50 for express shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for purchases online within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is faulty and the items are accompanied with proof of purchase.

How much caffeine is in chai?
Each of our blends contain certain levels of caffeine. Both our Looseleaf Masala Blend and Sticky Masala Blend contain black tea and have approximately 25-30mg of caffeine per serve. Where as our Sticky Wellness Blend contains less tea and has a green tea base, and has closer to 10-15mg of caffeine per cup. For comparison, a cup of coffee usually contains somewhere between 80 and 160mg of caffeine.
How many calories are in a cup of chai?
Our Looseleaf Masala Blend contains a combination of black tea, herbs and spices- which have next to no calories. A single serving of either our Sticky Masala Blend or Sticky Wellness Blend has approximately 20-25 calories (mostly from the honey). If your chai is prepared with milk then the calorie count will rise considerably.
Should sticky chai be stored in the fridge?
Keeping sticky chai refrigerated will ensure both freshness and strength of the spices. Although they can survive unrefrigerated, the quality will decrease over time. Additionally, ingredients such as fresh ginger and fresh turmeric can be less stable at warmer temperatures. All of this being said, if you leave your chai out for a couple of days here and there, or you’re concerned about receiving our sticky chai in the post don’t worry, our sticky blends will still be fresh.
